Take your hand tufted carpet outside and shake it on a washing line or on a stand. You can also put it on a railing and dust it, this is a fast way to get rid of loose dust that's gathered on it due to foot traffic or miscellaneous loose dust in the room. Once you've done that, bring the rug inside.
Keep the hand tufted carpet out of direct sunlight.
Place a small amount of a gentle, moisturizing soap such as Dove on a damp cloth and bring it to a light lather. Wipe away light lather with a fresh damp cloth. Don't rinse the lather in water.
Water and Other Drinks - As with oil - based stains, water - based stains can be blotted up with a dry cloth or sponge. In most cases, once the liquid is completely removed, no stain will be visible on the carpet.
Vacuum your carpets three times a week using a vacuum cleaner with a HEPA (high - efficiency particulate) filter to remove foot fall dust or gathered dust.
Have your carpets cleaned and protected at least twice a year, or more often if you have children or pets.
Proper care and maintenance of your carpet will extend its useful life and preserve its appearance for years. Failure to take care of it will result in premature wear and tear.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the unused product to CLG Retail in its original packing along with the original price tags, labels, bar-codes, user manual, warranty card, invoices and all related documents within 48 hours from the time of delivery (Not applicable on Furniture & Lighting).
It is advised that the return packet should be adequately packed for dispatch purposes so that there is no further damage to the product during transit.
If a product has technical / manufacturing defects, CLG Retail is willing to replace the product.
In case you receive any damaged, defective or improper product, you need to inform us within 48 hours of delivery for replacement/repair. If you are unable to inform us within 48 hours, CLG Retail shall not be held liable for providing solution against any such complaint. The time frame starts from date/time of product delivered at your door steps as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. Please send us the pictures of damaged, defective or improper product at firstname.lastname@example.org within the given time frame.
