Care Instruction-
Do not dry clean or wash carpets.
Professional rug cleaning recommended.
Vacuum regularly for dust.
Avoid pulling loose ends, clip them with scissors.

Reverse sides to ensure equal use of both sides.
Rug protectors recommended to guard against flattening of pattern, when used under heavy furniture.
In case of a spill, dab the spot with a soft dry cloth. Do not rub the stain.
Dry with a fan or hand blow dryer, preferably on a low heat setting. Finally, to restore the pile, brush it with a soft brush. On old and stubborn stains, repeat the process until the stain is completely removed.
Spills such as mustard, blood and mud should be allowed to dry and then scraped off.
Shedding is common with new wool rugs and will diminish over time. We recommend vacuuming twice a week for the first 3 months.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the unused product to CL Gupta Retail in its original packing along with the original price tags, labels, bar-codes, user manual, warranty card, invoices and all related documents within 48 hours from the time of delivery (Not applicable on Furniture & Lighting).
It is advised that the return packet should be adequately packed for dispatch purposes so that there is no further damage to the product during transit.
If a product has technical / manufacturing defects, CL Gupta Retail is willing to replace the product.
In case you receive any damaged, defective or improper product, you need to inform us within 48 hours of delivery for replacement/repair. If you are unable to inform us within 48 hours, CL Gupta Retail shall not be held liable for providing solution against any such complaint. The time frame starts from date/time of product delivered at your door steps as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.
