Care Instructions-

Please do not place hot, cold or wet materials on the surface or else it can affect the fabric and the finish of the chair.
Use a soft-dry cloth immediately in case of any spillage to avoid chance of staining.
Do not bleach in any case. Avoid standing on the chair or sitting on the arms. All fabrics are prone to snags caused by sharp edged materials.
In case you notice snags, avoid pulling them out further, instead trim with a scissor carefully Do not expose the product to direct sunlight. A weekly cleaning with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner is recommended. Removable sofa covers and cushions should be given for professional dry cleaning as required.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the unused product to C LGupta Retail in its original packing along with the original price tags, labels, bar-codes, user manual, warranty card, invoices and all related documents within 48 hours from the time of delivery (Not applicable on Furniture & Lighting).
It is advised that the return packet should be adequately packed for dispatch purposes so that there is no further damage to the product during transit.
If a product has technical / manufacturing defects, C LGupta Retail is willing to replace the product.
In case you receive any damaged, defective or improper product, you need to inform us within 48 hours of delivery for replacement/repair. If you are unable to inform us within 48 hours, CLG Retail shall not be held liable for providing solution against any such complaint. The time frame starts from date/time of product delivered at your door steps as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.
